EP620S is designed to extend blade life as a flood lubricant. It is recommended for use as an extra pressure oil. Dilution recommended 5:1 for tough jobs down to 20:1 for general cutting. It is loaded with EP Additives to offer both good cooling and penetration combined with excellant boundary lubrication.
RS17WG is a member of the RS range of long life lubricants. They are both oil and nitrate free. Microbial contamination and 'Monday Morning' smells become rare, if not non existant occurances. This type of lubricant is suitable for low level air misting. Periodic addition of biocide are not needed.
Gold Sticks is a solid wax lubricant mainly used for Aluminium cutting where the machine has no attached lubricant system. It is added to the blade edge and dissolves onto the material surface. It is particularly designed for aluminium cutting.
Spray-Cut (Drip Feed) is very highly refined, having excellent viscocity - temperature characteristics. It is more relevant to oxidation than most other fats or vegetable oils of its kind whose oxidation products leave gummy deposits and cause a thickening of the oil during metal cutting.
